Terms and Conditions – Yono Game Pakistan Betting Platform

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to Yono Game is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously. It is your responsibility to verify that you meet these criteria before registering. Yono Game reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any point and to close accounts that do not comply.

2.1 Registration Process

When registering at Yono Game, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must register using a valid Pakistani mobile number that you personally own and control — this number will be used for payment processing, two-factor authentication, and account recovery. Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each natural person is entitled to hold exactly one Yono Game account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to claim multiple bonuses, to circumvent a suspension, or for any other reason — will be closed without warning. The balance of any duplicate account will be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account was created in your name by another person, contact support immediately.

3. Account Rules

Your Yono Game account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activity that occurs under it. The rules in this section govern how you manage and are responsible for your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at Yono Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges and no platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. The following limits and processing times apply.

4.1 Withdrawal Conditions

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your identity has been verified to the standard required for the withdrawal amount; (b) no pending investigation related to your account is ongoing; (c) any wagering requirements attached to bonus credit have been met; and (d) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus credit is excluded from withdrawable amounts).

4.2 KYC Verification

Withdrawals above Rs 50,000 in a single calendar month may require identity verification (KYC). Yono Game will request a copy of your CNIC and confirmation that the withdrawal payment method belongs to you. Documents are processed within 24 hours. Withdrawals are held during the verification process and released immediately upon successful verification. Yono Game does not share KYC documents with third parties except where required by applicable law.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and esports bets placed at Yono Game. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood these rules and that you accept the applicable odds as displayed at the time of placement.

5.1 Bet Placement & Confirmation

A bet is not active until it has been confirmed by the Yono Game system and a bet reference number has been issued. If your device loses connection after you submit a bet but before confirmation is displayed, check your bet history before attempting to re-place the same bet. Yono Game is not responsible for duplicate bets placed as a result of connectivity issues where the original bet was successfully processed.

5.2 Odds & Price Changes

Odds are subject to change at any time until a bet is confirmed. The price displayed when you submit a bet may differ from the price at confirmation if the market has moved in the interval between submission and processing. For pre-match bets, Yono Game will request confirmation if the odds movement exceeds a defined threshold. For in-play bets, the odds at the moment of system confirmation apply.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and your stake returned in the following circumstances: (a) the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; (b) the odds were published at an obvious error price; (c) the player or team named in the bet did not participate in the event; (d) the event results are deemed invalid by the relevant governing body. Void bets do not count towards wagering requirements where bonus credit was used as the stake.

6. Live Casino & Games

All live casino games at Yono Game — including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, and Sic Bo — are operated by professional third-party studio partners and streamed to players in real time. The game rules as displayed within each game interface are the definitive rules for that game.

6.1 Disconnection During Live Games

If your connection is interrupted after a bet has been placed and accepted in a live casino round, the round will continue and settle according to the outcome. The result will be reflected in your account balance as soon as your connection is restored. Yono Game is not liable for bets lost due to player-side connectivity issues after the bet has been accepted by the system.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a live casino game — whether in the dealer studio feed, the platform's processing system, or the game interface — all affected rounds will be declared void and stakes returned. Yono Game will not honour any payouts derived from a demonstrably malfunctioning game session. Malfunction voids the play applies without exception.

6.3 Teen Patti & Card Games

Teen Patti at Yono Game is played against real opponents with a live dealer managing the table. By joining a Teen Patti table, you accept the specific game rules displayed in the game interface for each variant (Classic, Joker, Muflis, AK47, Best of Four, etc.). Collusion with other players at a table — sharing card information, coordinating betting to disadvantage other players — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Yono Game offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these General Terms and to the specific terms attached to each promotion. Where there is any conflict between these General Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that promotion only.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus credit cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from bonus play that exceed the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• Bets placed at odds below 1.5 do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Live casino Tie bets and Sic Bo combination bets do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Yono Game reserves the right to remove bonus credit from any account where fraudulent or abusive bonus activity is detected — including use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or exploiting promotion mechanics beyond their intended purpose.
• All promotions have an expiry date. Unused bonus credit and unmet wagering requirements expire automatically after the stated period.
• Players who have opted for self-exclusion are not eligible for any promotional bonus during or after their exclusion period without contacting support first.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at Yono Game. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended pending investigation and may face permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

10. Suspension & Account Closure

Yono Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms have been violated. The following process applies in most non-emergency circumstances:

10.1 Suspension Process

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by SMS to their registered mobile number within 24 hours of the suspension being applied. The investigation will be completed within 14 business days. If no violation is found, the account will be reinstated and any missed betting opportunities will not be compensated. If a violation is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and the balance dealt with according to the nature of the violation.

10.2 Balance on Closure

If an account is closed at the player's request, any real-money balance (excluding bonus credit) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification. If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, Yono Game reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, to forfeit the balance entirely.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yono Game's liability to any player in connection with the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the liability arises. Yono Game is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of expected winnings, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.

Yono Game does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or free from technical errors at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance may affect availability. Yono Game will make reasonable efforts to restore service quickly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms limits Yono Game's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by Yono Game is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy separately for full details of how your data is used, how long it is retained, and your rights regarding your personal information.

In summary: Yono Game collects the minimum data necessary to operate your account and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use your mobile number to send essential account communications — not unsolicited marketing — unless you have explicitly opted in to promotional messages. You have the right to request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Yono Game may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via SMS to their registered mobile number at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required immediately due to legal or regulatory obligation.

The current version of the Terms, with the date of last update clearly displayed at the top of this page, is always accessible at yonogame.bid/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you should close your account before the amendment's effective date.
