At Yono Game, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what personal data we collect when you use our platform, why we collect it, how it is stored and protected, who can access it, and what rights you have over it as a Pakistani player. We have written this document in plain, readable English — not legal jargon — so that every player genuinely understands what they are agreeing to.
Who this applies to: This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Yono Game platform at yonogame.bid — whether you are a registered player, a visitor browsing without an account, or a person who has previously held an account. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Yono Game. "You" refers to any person accessing the platform. By using any part of yonogame.bid, you accept this Privacy Policy. This document is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions.
Privacy is not a legal obligation that Yono Game grudgingly fulfils — it is something we take genuinely seriously, for a practical reason. Our platform handles real money in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and processes transactions through JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Pakistani bank accounts. If the players using this platform did not trust that their financial and personal information was being handled carefully, nobody would use it.
The Pakistani digital payments landscape has matured quickly. Millions of people now keep real money in JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets on their phones, use NayaPay and SadaPay for daily transactions, and do their banking through mobile apps. The sensitivity around data that touches these payment systems is completely reasonable, and Yono Game is designed around that reality.
This document tells you, in plain terms, what data we hold about you, why we have it, who can see it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it. If you have questions after reading it, our support team is available 24/7 at support@yonogame.bid or via live chat from your account dashboard.
Yono Game collects data in three ways: information you provide directly when registering and using your account; information generated automatically when you use the platform; and, in specific circumstances, identity verification documents. The full breakdown is below.
| Data Category | Specific Items | When Collected |
|---|---|---|
| Registration Data | Mobile number, password (hashed, never readable), preferred language | Account creation |
| Identity Data | Full name, CNIC number, date of birth | KYC verification (triggered by withdrawal thresholds or on request) |
| KYC Documents | Scanned copy of CNIC / passport | KYC verification — stored encrypted, never shared except as required by law |
| Payment Method Data | JazzCash number, Easypaisa number, NayaPay/SadaPay account reference, bank account title and IBAN (last four digits only) | First deposit or withdrawal request |
| Support Communications | Content of live chat, WhatsApp, and email conversations with our support team | When you contact support |
| Data Category | Specific Items | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Device & Browser Data | Device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution | Fraud prevention, UI optimisation |
| Network Data | IP address, mobile network operator (Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, etc.), approximate location at city level | Security, duplicate account detection |
| Session Data | Login times, session duration, pages visited, bet history, game activity logs | Account security, responsible gaming monitoring, dispute resolution |
| Transaction Logs | Deposit and withdrawal timestamps, amounts, payment method references, processing outcomes | Financial record-keeping, KYC compliance |
Every piece of data that Yono Game collects serves at least one specific, legitimate purpose. We do not collect data speculatively, and we do not retain data beyond the period required for the purpose it was collected for. The six core purposes are:
Your registration data is necessary to create and maintain your Yono Game account, authenticate your logins securely, and enable password recovery via your registered mobile number.
Payment method data is required to process your deposits and withdrawals through JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and card payments. We cannot process a withdrawal without knowing which PKR wallet or account to send it to.
Device, IP, and session data allows us to detect unusual account activity — such as a login from an unfamiliar device in a different city — and protect your account from unauthorised access. Duplicate account detection relies on this data.
Identity verification (KYC) and transaction records are required by applicable financial regulations. We cannot process large withdrawals without verifying your identity, and we are required to retain certain records for statutory periods.
Bet history, session duration, and deposit patterns are monitored to identify players who may be experiencing gambling-related harm. This monitoring is conducted internally and supports the proactive application of our responsible gaming tools.
Aggregated and anonymised usage data helps us understand which sections of the platform are working well and which need improvement — for example, which mobile networks experience higher live casino stream latency, or which game screens have high abandonment rates.
Given that Yono Game processes real PKR transactions through Pakistani mobile wallets and banking systems, this section deserves specific attention. Here is exactly how your payment data is handled.
JazzCash & Easypaisa: When you deposit or withdraw via JazzCash or Easypaisa, Yono Game records your mobile wallet number and the transaction reference number returned by the payment provider. We do not have access to your JazzCash or Easypaisa account balance, PIN, or any credentials. The payment is processed directly between your mobile wallet and our payment gateway. We store only what is needed to match the transaction to your account and to process future withdrawals to the same number.
Bank IBFT & Cards: For bank transfers and card payments, Yono Game stores the account/card holder name, IBAN (bank transfers) or last four digits of the card number plus expiry month/year (card payments). Full card numbers and CVVs are never stored on Yono Game servers — card payment processing is handled entirely by a PCI-DSS certified payment processor. We only receive confirmation and the masked card reference.
Yono Game uses certified third-party payment processors to handle JazzCash API calls, Easypaisa disbursements, and card payment processing. These processors operate under their own privacy policies and security certifications. By making a payment at Yono Game, you also agree to the relevant payment processor's data handling as it relates to the transaction. We only share the minimum data necessary with processors to complete each transaction — your Yono Game account details and the transaction amount.
This is the section most players care about most, and the answer is straightforward: Yono Game does not sell, rent, or commercially share your personal data with any third party. The limited instances where your data is shared with external parties are listed in full below, and in every case the sharing is either necessary for the platform to function or required by law.
| Recipient | Data Shared | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Payment Processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa gateway partners) | Mobile wallet number or masked card reference, transaction amount | To process your deposit or withdrawal |
| KYC Verification Partners | CNIC scan and personal details (only during active KYC review) | Identity verification required at withdrawal thresholds |
| Live Casino Studio Partners | Session ID and game stake data only — no personal or payment data | Running real-time live dealer games |
| Law Enforcement / Regulators | Account data, transaction records, as specified in a lawful order | Legal obligation — we cannot refuse a valid legal order |
| Fraud Prevention Services | IP address, device fingerprint — no name or payment data | Detecting duplicate accounts and fraudulent activity |
No Advertising Data Sharing: Yono Game does not share your data with advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing aggregators. We do not use your personal data to serve targeted third-party advertisements, and we do not participate in any data exchange programmes where your information is shared in return for commercial value.
The security of your personal and financial data at Yono Game is protected through a layered set of technical and operational controls. The key measures in place are:
All data transmitted between your device and the Yono Game platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL (the same standard used by Pakistani banks). This protects your login credentials, payment information, and personal data in transit.
Sensitive data stored on Yono Game servers — including KYC documents, hashed passwords, and payment references — is encrypted at rest. Plaintext storage of sensitive fields is not used anywhere in our infrastructure.
Access to personal data within the Yono Game organisation is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. Only team members who require specific data to perform their job function can access it. All internal access is logged and reviewed.
The platform's infrastructure is monitored for unusual access patterns, potential breaches, and security anomalies around the clock. Automated alerts trigger immediate investigation when suspicious activity is detected at the account or system level.
In the event of a data breach: If Yono Game becomes aware of any security incident that has exposed your personal data, we will notify affected users via SMS to their registered mobile number within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident, and will take immediate steps to contain, assess, and remediate the breach.
Data is kept only for as long as it is needed. Yono Game applies the following retention periods by data category. After a period expires, the data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
| Data Category | Retention Period | Reason for Period |
|---|---|---|
| Account registration data | Duration of account + 2 years | Dispute resolution after account closure |
| Transaction / payment records | 7 years from transaction date | Financial regulatory requirement |
| KYC documents (CNIC scans) | 5 years from last account activity | Anti-money laundering statutory requirement |
| Bet history and game logs | 3 years from date of activity | Dispute resolution, responsible gaming review |
| Support communications | 3 years from last communication | Dispute resolution and quality review |
| Device / IP / session logs | 12 months from session date | Security monitoring and fraud detection |
| Marketing preferences | Until opt-out or account closure | SMS marketing compliance |
When you close your Yono Game account at your own request, your active account data is deactivated immediately. Data subject to statutory retention requirements (transaction records, KYC documents) is retained for the legally required period as listed above and then deleted. Data that has no legal retention requirement is deleted within 30 days of your account closure request.
When you visit yonogame.bid in a browser, Yono Game uses a small number of cookies — files stored locally in your browser — to make the platform work correctly and to improve your experience. We use no third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
Yono Game does not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or any cookie that shares data with third-party marketing platforms. If you block all cookies in your browser, the platform will still load but you will be required to log in on every visit and saved preferences will not persist.
Yono Game is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If during account review or KYC verification we determine that an account holder is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended, the deposited funds returned to the original payment source, and all data related to the account deleted — no data from a minor's account is retained beyond what is required to process the refund. If you believe a minor has registered at Yono Game, please contact support@yonogame.bid immediately.
You have meaningful rights over the personal data that Yono Game holds about you. These rights can be exercised by contacting support@yonogame.bid with the subject line "Data Rights Request – [your registered mobile number]." All requests are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.
You can request a copy of all personal data Yono Game holds about you — including your registration data, transaction history, bet records, and any KYC documents. We will provide this in a readable format within 30 days of your request.
If any personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected. For most details, you can update them directly from your account settings. For CNIC-related data, contact support with supporting documentation.
You can request deletion of your personal data. We will delete all data that is not subject to a legal retention requirement (see Section 7). Data we are legally required to retain will be deleted as soon as the statutory period expires.
You can ask Yono Game to stop using your data for specific purposes — for example, to stop using your session data for responsible gaming monitoring, or to opt out of anonymised analytics. Restricting certain processing may limit some platform features.
You can request your personal data in a machine-readable format (JSON or CSV). This is useful if you want to transfer your account history to another service or retain records of your own activity.
You can object to any processing of your data that you believe is not justified by a legitimate purpose listed in Section 3. Where your objection is valid, we will stop that specific processing. We will explain clearly if there is a legal obligation that prevents us from complying with your objection.
Yono Game may send promotional SMS messages to your registered mobile number — for example, to notify you of a new bonus offer, a PSL betting market, or a live casino promotion. These messages are only sent if you have opted in to marketing communications.
Opting in is not required to use any part of the platform. If you did opt in at registration, you can opt out at any time from your account settings under "Communication Preferences," or by replying STOP to any promotional SMS. Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours and you will not receive further promotional messages after that point.
Essential account communications — such as withdrawal confirmations, login alerts, and KYC requests — are not marketing and cannot be opted out of. These are sent because they are necessary to operate your account securely.
Yono Game may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves, as payment methods change, or as applicable law requires. The current version is always displayed at yonogame.bid/privacy-policy with the last-updated date clearly shown at the top.
When we make material changes to this Privacy Policy — changes that meaningfully affect how your data is collected, used, or shared — we will notify all registered players via SMS to their registered mobile number at least 7 days before the change takes effect. For minor corrections and clarifications that do not affect your rights, we may update the policy without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after a material change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
If you have any question about this Privacy Policy, want to exercise any of your data rights, or want to report a privacy concern, please contact Yono Game through one of the channels below. All privacy-related requests receive a dedicated response — they are not handled by general support triage.
